Inclusive Yoga with Anthony

I began the "Inclusive Yoga with Anthony" to create a space where everybody can feel welcome to yoga and experience its benefits.


I offer a wide range of classes such as Fully Seated Chair Yoga, Standing Chair Yoga, Yoga on the Ground and Gentle Mat Yoga designed to be accessible and comfortable for every body.


I hope to share Yoga as a way of Self-Healing rather than an intimidating practice only for those who are already flexible.

Chair Yoga to Help Relieve Sciatica Pain - Seated to Standing - 40 Minute Class

In Chair Yoga to Help Relieve Sciatica Pain we begin seated and come to standing with the chair for a few postures to help warm up and stretch the glutes and hip muscles. This is a series of postures which have been helpful for people I've worked with who where having Sciatica and low back pain. Always be very mindful and go into each posture very slowly and above all listen to what your body is telling you. It should always feel better, relieving, relaxing:) If you find a few postures in particular which help you, stick to those and see how your body responds.
